The parents of missing Odin Andre Hagen are appealing the case to the Attorney General – news Trøndelag

– We find it difficult to trust the State Attorney’s decision and have therefore appealed the dismissal to the Attorney General for a new assessment, write parents Ingunn Hagen and Dan Yngve Jacobsen in a press release. Odin André Hagen Jacobsen from Skaun was reported missing by his parents after he did not return home from a city trip in Trondheim in November 2018. An extensive search was launched for the teenager. The investigation has been going on for four years. On 11 January this year, the state attorney dismissed the case as no criminal offence. – In our view, the Trondheim police’s investigation has not been good enough and has not given a well-founded answer to what happened this Sunday morning some four years ago, the parents write in the press release.
