At the same time, developments in artificial intelligence have made it easy and cheap to mass produce and spread disinformation, says Helje Solberg, director of news at news. Several media companies, press organizations and Faktisk.no will now establish a national “Centre for source criticism” to strengthen the population’s resistance to disinformation and fake news.
