Weak growth was expected, but instead there was a decline. – The movements in the economy from January to February are quite small. A weak development in certain industries means that we end up with a decline, says section manager for the national accounts Pål Sletten. Lower activity in construction and construction activities and services related to oil and gas extraction contributed most to the decline. – The underlying growth in the mainland economy shows signs of slowing down. The rolling three-month growth has been slowing down in recent months, says Sletten.
