The man has been charged with grievous bodily harm and has pleaded guilty. The court argues, among other things, with the risk of tampering with evidence. The man agreed to imprisonment and the imprisonment meeting went like office business. The man’s defender, Sverre Sjøvold, tells Dagbladet that the man is very sorry for what has happened. – He has agreed to office business because he respects that the police must get their job done in the initial phase of the investigation, says Sjøvold further. A security guard was seriously, but not life-threateningly injured after the violent incident, which took place in Torggata late on Saturday evening.
