The Lottery Authority has given Norsk Tipping a fine of NOK 46 million because there have been several problems with lottery draws, reports VG. “The error has hit millions of players, and, in the Lottery Authority’s opinion, has meant that there has been the wrong winner in every single draw of these gambling over several years,” says a letter from the Lottery Authority, according to the newspaper.
