The move came after a very heated school dispute in Innlandet, which eventually ended with two schools and four school sites being closed down by a narrow majority in the county council. One of the schools that was closed is Lom upper secondary school. The narrow majority in the county council in Inlandet consists of the Labor Party, the Green Party and the Right.
