– We have agreed to a project that will accompany us through sporting ups and downs in the near future. Once the Rome championships are over, the focus will be on the Olympics in Paris at the beginning of August. – We finally feel that we can have full focus on sports again. The brothers cannot say anything about when the series will be published, or who will show it. The trio became seriously known for through the very popular documentary series “Team Ingebrigtsen”. The series was broadcast on news from 2016 to 2021, and followed the athletics-saved gang through ups and downs. Olympics and baby on the program Next season, the Olympics and EC are on the program for Jakob, while Henrik and Filip aim to qualify for the championships in Paris and Rome. There are high expectations for Jakob in particular, as the reigning Olympic champion in the 1500 metres. The youngest of the running brothers has struggled with an injury throughout the autumn and winter, but is now on the mend. The summer contains more than sporting highlights for Jakob, who together with Elisabeth Asserson Ingebrigtsen is expecting a child in June. However, that will not stop the 23-year-old from training and competing as normal in the run-up to a new outdoor season. – They will be tough in line with how it has been in the past. We make it a priority for me to become as good as possible at running, he recently told news. Betting hard on Henrik Ingebrigtsen set a personal record in the 5,000 meters last season, and qualified for the World Athletics Championships in Budapest. An upturn for the seasoned but injury-plagued athlete, who continues his efforts this season. Filip Ingebrigtsen had the heaviest of the running brothers last season. Injuries made things difficult for him, but now he hopes to be able to show his best side again. He has EC gold from 2016 and WC bronze from 2017 as his greatest achievements.
