The Israeli military (IDF) has found several dead hostages in the Gaza Strip on Saturday, reports the newspaper Haaretz. The newspaper writes that the Israeli military is now working to identify them and extract them, but that it will take several hours. After the IDF announced the find, the Forum for Hostages and Missing Families issued a statement urging the population to hold large protests tomorrow. – Netanyahu has failed the hostages. It is now a fact, says the statement on X. – From tomorrow the country will tremble. We encourage the public to prepare. The country will stop. The abandonment is over. The Forum for Hostages and Missing Families describes itself as an independent voluntary organization fighting to get the hostages in the Gaza Strip back to Israel. Hamas and the Islamic Holy War abducted around 250 Israelis and foreigners during the attack on October 7 last year. Around 1,200, mostly civilians, were killed in the attack.
