An air alert has been issued for most of central and eastern Ukraine, from Vinnytsia in the west to all the eastern regions, Kherson in the south and the Odesa region on the Black Sea coast. The Ukrainian defense says 16 rockets hit Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa from Sunday to Monday. In addition, they report 61 attacks and 52 rocket salvos against other Ukrainian positions and inhabited areas.
