6 March 2023 at 09:31 Accused for the Frogner murder pleaded guilty The man who has admitted to having shot and killed Fevziye Kaya Sørebø (50) in Frogner almost two years ago, pleaded guilty when the case started in Oslo district court. The 41-year-old man answered in the affirmative when the judge asked if he pleaded guilty to the charge of premeditated murder. The murder case started in the Oslo District Court on Monday and will be heard over two weeks. He acknowledged early in the investigation that it was he who pointed the weapon at the woman’s head and fired several times. She died almost immediately from her injuries, according to the indictment. There it appears that the defendant fired a total of nine shots with a semi-automatic pistol. The murder took place at Frogner in Oslo on 28 April 2021. The defendant has been in custody since he was arrested just ten minutes after the murder alarm went off in Oslo’s best west end. (NTB)
