A lot of rain is expected in southern Norway during the night to Friday, and already on Wednesday the Meteorological Institute issued a yellow warning for torrential rain in Agder, Telemark, Vestfold, Buskerud and parts of Western Norway south of Stad. Here, it is expected that more than 20 millimeters of rain per hour may fall locally. On Thursday morning, duty meteorologist Elbjørg Moxnes confirms to NTB that they will extend the danger warning further, and confirms that the warning will be extended to include Oslo.
