22 June 2023 at 14:04 The Court of Appeal gives several of Viggo Kristiansen’s helpers increased compensation The ruling concerns compensation claims and coverage of costs following the acquittal of Viggo Kristiansen in the Baneheia case. Viggo Kristiansen’s father and DNA analyst has been fully upheld. Two of the supporters were unsuccessful. Lawyer Arvid Sjødin has been largely successful. The claim for compensation only applies to those who have submitted claims as helpers. So not the compensation claim for Viggo Kristiansen.
