That’s what the Meteorologists write at X. The last time a temperature below this was measured was in 1999, i.e. 25 years ago. Yesterday’s temperature in Kautokeino was the second lowest measurement in Europe. In Naimakk in Sweden, it was -43.8 degrees on Thursday.
