Central to the case is a two-room flat in Stavanger where Bru, her family and her parents were registered at the same time. The leader of the High Court, Erna Solberg, tells news that she hopes the Swedish Tax Agency and Tina will be able to reconcile the case. – Tina informed me this spring that she is one of the politicians who has received a notice from the Tax Agency. There is only one point of disagreement. It is about the Tax Agency’s definition of additional costs, and thus whether she has paid too little in rent. The matter has not yet been concluded, says Solberg. – I myself have seen that Tina has actively commuted between Oslo and Rogaland since she was elected to the Storting in 2013. I do not doubt her status as a commuter, says Solberg.
