The lawyer explains that the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority also fined the company an infringement fee because they did not send over the documentation requested by the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority. According to Frigård, the police have started an investigation as a result of a breach of the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority’s decision. news has repeatedly tried to get in touch with Barnetivoli and the owner of the funfair, without success. Forced dissolution In June this year, the fair was also forcibly dissolved. But that hasn’t stopped them from moving on either. Attorney Kjell Rune Holvik is the trustee for the company. – They have not submitted accounts, they are not in order in what has to do with bookkeeping. This means that they are not allowed to drive. It is illegal not to respond to the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority’s inquiries about sending over relevant documentation. It is also illegal to run a business in violation of the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority’s decision on suspension. – How serious is this? – We see this as a very serious matter, concludes Frigård.
