20 March 2023 at 11:52 The armed forces create a general position against bullying and harassment The armed forces establish a general position against bullying and harassment, says Chief of Defense Eirik Kristoffersen during a press conference on Monday. Elisabeth Gifstad Michelsen will take up this position. She is today the head of the Home Guard. The position as home security chief will be advertised. Together with a team, Michelsen will follow up the work against bullying and harassment in the Armed Forces. Among other things, they must contact the defense forces in other countries that have had similar challenges with notification cases as Norway.
