A passenger tells news that all passengers were first sent from the security checkpoint down to the first floor of the airport. Soon after, the entire airport was evacuated. Chief fire marshal Terje Øverdal at the 110 central for Nordland confirms to news that they are on the scene, but refers to the police for further comments.
