State propagandist and television host Vladimir Solovyov declared on his Telegram channel , “I am sure that Taurus missiles are already in Ukraine.”
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Selenskyj aims to use the Taurus missiles to target the Crimea Bridge , hoping to please his Western allies. According to Solovyov, the Germans had repeatedly demanded this. “We recall how information leaked about a phone call between high-ranking German military officials discussing an attack on the bridge,” he explained.

The Taurus cruise missile serves as the German-Swedish counterpart to the concurrently developed British-French Storm Shadow/SCALP-EG . In Germany, discussions about their delivery have been ongoing, but Friedrich Merz has now indirectly instilled hope in the Ukrainian president by announcing the “joint production of long-range weapons.”
Solovyov of Putin’s propaganda is likely feeling confirmed by the meeting between Merz and Selenskyj. He suspects that an attack on the Crimean bridge has long been a goal of the West. “This is exactly what the Brits wanted.
