The perpetrator is said to have then made his way to the association building on foot and loosened his boots again. There had previously been reports of shooting at a training center called IM East, but this was a false alarm, write local media. The police have released a picture of the suspect, who they have previously described as a short, black man. The person in the photo is wearing red shoes, a denim jacket and a baseball cap.
