Bye admits to having abused his position towards both of these. – I have pleaded guilty in this case. The reason I have done it is based on what I hear the patient has said, Bye said after the first woman testified. Bye said in the journal note he has used the same description as in a case he has seen on video. Bye acknowledges that this treatment was not in his favour. – In a review of the video, I have seen that inadequate lubrication has been carried out. When Bye gave his explanation about the other woman who testified today, he used the same reason why he acknowledged abuse of position. Also before the weekend, Bye admitted to having abused his position towards one of the women who was a witness. He then gave the same reason. Arne Bye has admitted to raping three of the 87 women he is accused of raping. In addition, he has admitted to having abused his position to achieve sexual relations with 35 of the women.
