2 December 2022 at 15:42 Petter Belsvik new head coach for Stabæk’s women’s team – We can announce with great pleasure that Petter Belsvik has been hired as the new head coach for the first-team women, Stabæk writes on its website. Belsvik has been at the club for many years, both as a player and coach. Among other things, he was the head coach for the first-team men in 2012 and 2013. From 2014 to 2018 he was the head coach at Fram Larvik. Recently, it became clear that he was not allowed to continue under Lars Bohinen on Stabæk’s men’s team. The former Stabæk player says that it is like an old love story: – We find each other again, it will hardly be over before we are reunited. Stabæk as a club has meant a lot to me and will probably mean even more to me now, when I give it another round. – I want to stay in Stabæk and found the job with Stabæk Women’s Football very exciting. As Lise Klaveness said at this year’s cup final seminar; those who are involved in the women’s A-team work, are involved in groundbreaking work with everything that is going to happen nationally and internationally, says Belsvik. Per Inge Jacobsen is stepping down as head coach after this year’s season. He goes to the position of coach for the Norwegian U23 national team.
