The water and sewage charges in Oslo will increase by over 63 per cent until 2027. That is according to the city council’s economic plan for the years ahead, which they presented today together with the budget. The fees increase there by approx. 18 per cent every year until 2027. Next year, someone living in a home of 87 m2 will pay NOK 9,128 in water and drainage fees if you include VAT. The sum is NOK 12,451 for a home of 120 m2. The renovation tax, on the other hand, will only increase by 4 per cent next year, and then the price will be adjusted in the following years.
