The mediation deadline was midnight on Thursday night, and ten minutes later the mediation was concluded – without agreement. According to the Riksmekleren’s overview, the first strike is three people. The strike affects the bases in Bergen, Florø and on Sola. – We have made a limited initial withdrawal, but we can step up the strike at any time with four days’ notice. From our side, we hope that NHO and the company’s management will come to their senses and come back with an offer that will put an end to an unnecessary strike, says Lars Petter Larsen, Parat’s head of negotiations, in a press release.
