8 October 2022 at 21:43 Rock slide in Ullensvang There has been a rock and earth slide on a property in Røldal in Ullensvang. The police report on Twitter that a large rock has fallen, as well as some earth and water. The slide is close to the E134. Witness hears rumbling on the mountainside. The police are working to notify the municipality. Neighbor Gunnar Øverland lives not far from the collapse. – Something terrible fell, and the wife saw a rock bigger than a car, says Øverland. An eyewitness tells Hardanger Folkeblad that large stones have come down and stopped about ten meters from two garages. A boulder has stopped between the garages.
