14 January 2023 at 07:50 Staff at a school in Lillestrøm warned of anarchy For several months, the staff at Bråtejordt school warned of serious threats, violence and threatening behaviour. Principal Sandra Kristina Hansen admits that the school was unable to implement good enough measures. – Some of the measures we put in place have reduced some of the challenges we have had, but we have not been able to take good enough measures regarding the most serious problem, says Hansen to Romerikes Blad. She adds that this is something that has gradually escalated over several years, and it is only in the last six months that it has escalated so quickly and become so serious that it was finally decided to close the school. Anarchy was once reported when employees were unable to gain control of a situation during a break. – There was talk of several students who have behaved aggressively and threateningly towards staff, says the headmaster to the newspaper. Bråtejord school is a secondary school with around 400 pupils. (NTB)
