12 January 2023 at 23:13 Snowmobile driver dies in Hadsel The police in Nordland report that the snowmobile driver who was involved in an accident on Skagen in Hadsel municipality in Vesterålen on Thursday evening has died. The next of kin have been notified. There were no other people in the accident. The emergency services responded to the accident at 8.20pm. The scooter driver was then transported to Stokmarknes hospital in an ambulance. The police report that they are in the process of questioning witnesses and investigations at the scene of the accident.
