The product is sold via the specialist wholesaler Troye as local food in Western Norway and it is about 250 kilos. Small amounts of Listeria monocytogenes have been detected in the product. This means that the manufacturer cannot guarantee that the amount of listeria in the item at the end of its shelf life cannot be harmful to health
