Fico announces it the day after he was appointed as Prime Minister by President Zuzana Caputova. Support for Ukraine became a theme in the election campaign. Fico then said that he will provide humanitarian aid, but not weapons, to Ukraine. However, analysts were unsure whether he would actually do so. (NTB)
