The three boys came cycling past, and enthusiastically solved the task they had been given in the app in a row. Everyone pointed the finger at the unsuspecting family. It did not go down well. The act provoked the father in the children’s family in such a way that he took up the persecution. First on foot, and then by car. After a short while he reached them again. Two of the boys rode off. Sisteman, a twelve-year-old, remained standing. Then the man, who also had his son with him in the car, allegedly grabbed the boy’s middle finger. The victim has explained that the accused man bent his finger backwards hard, which resulted in it breaking. The boy then called the police and his mother to report what had happened. Wasn’t believed The defendant has explained that he did indeed hold the boy’s finger, but that it slipped out of his hand and was then hit hard by the handlebars of the bicycle. The court did not believe that explanation, and believed that the act was done on purpose. The man was sentenced to 120 days in unconditional prison, and must also pay compensation of NOK 25,000 to the boy.
