The act provoked the father in the children’s family in such a way that he took up the persecution. First on foot, and then by car. After a short while he reached them again. The victim has explained that the accused man bent his finger backwards hard, which resulted in it breaking. The boy then called the police and his mother to report what had happened. The court did not believe that explanation, and believed that the act was done on purpose.
