According to a witness, the perpetrator is said to have attacked a group of three-year-olds while they were playing in a park near the lake in the town of Annecy at a quarter to ten this morning, writes the AP news agency. Three of the children are said to have life-threatening injuries. An adult person was also injured in the attack.
