The chain is now working to get the IT systems up and running so that the physical stores can reopen as quickly as possible. – Some have already come up again, and we are doing what we can to find solutions. General manager Asif Din of Biltema Norge writes in an e-mail to news at 12 o’clock that they have not closed any stores, but that customers may experience problems with payment. – Some of our warehouses are experiencing instability as a result of the Crowdstrike update. We are working with external suppliers to resolve the issue. None of the warehouses are closed, but customers may find they have to make several attempts to pay for their goods.
