The police describe the accident as serious. The duty officer at the 110 exchange informs news that this is a single motorcycle accident. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s accident analysis group (UAG) is on its way to the city. The accident happened on Riksveg 7. The road is now closed in both directions at the intersection at Torpovegen, and will probably be closed to traffic all evening.
