They describe the results of the inspection as serious, writes Aftenposten. It was employees at the hospital who notified the directorate of unwanted incidents related to the Health Platform. DSA opened an inspection case, and now the preliminary report is ready. The inspection concludes, among other things, that there has been a sharp increase in unwanted incidents. They also found repeated violations of proper, justified and optimized radiation use. The Directorate for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety does not want to provide more details until the report is completed. – But we can confirm that we have uncovered serious conditions related to proper and justified medical radiation use, writes department director Eva G.
