The couple met in the summer of 2023 via an online dating app for gay, bisexual and transgender people. Oliver was born a girl but saw himself as a man, while the 19-year-old was a trans woman. The convicted murderer, the 19-year-old from Larvik, moved into Oliver’s apartment in Kragerø after a short time, where the 22-year-old studied at Kragerø art school. During the trial, it emerged that the relationship was turbulent, and that the 19-year-old had the psychological advantage over the murder victim. The same week the murder happened, the couple got married and moved to Porsgrunn. Lived in a role-playing game The couple lived in the roles of the sibling pair in the psychological horror adventure game “The Coffin of Andy and Leyley”. The 19-year-old lived out the role of Ashley Graves, while the 22-year-old had the role of his brother Andrew. During the trial, it emerged that the couple wanted to change the names of the characters, but because Graves is a protected name in Norway, it was not possible. However, the 19-year-old had heard that the murder victim’s American family had this name and that it was therefore possible to get it as long as they married. The 19-year-old said in court that she intended to divorce as soon as the name change was finalized. Several episodes of violence The police were called in twice while the couple lived in Kragerø. In both cases, the trans woman is said to have pounded Oliver’s head several times on the floor and choked him. Both episodes were dropped. However, they were included as part of the prosecution decision against the 19-year-old during the murder case. A few hours before the murder, the couple ended up in a basket roof. The 22-year-old asked to go to the emergency room. The 19-year-old joined, but was not allowed to accompany Oliver to the doctor. She went home before Oliver finished with the doctor. – Was terrified The 22-year-old told the doctor and nurse at the emergency room that he was not injured, but that he was terrified of the trans woman. The ambulance service contacted both the police and the crisis centre, but the solution was Oliver’s mother who drove from Arendal to take her son home. However, Oliver wanted to stop by the apartment to collect the mobile phone and the computer. The mother was waiting outside the apartment where she heard a scream, Through a window to the apartment she witnessed her son being beaten to death with a bat. A psychiatrist and a psychologist have concluded that the 19-year-old has been diagnosed with dyssocial personality disorder. In addition, she scores high on psychopathy.
