SAS plane crashed at Gardermoen – the third time in a short time that a plane has collided at Oslo Airport – Greater Oslo

– What has happened is that there is a plane that has gotten lost in a fence with the wing, says communications manager Monica Fasting at Avinor. Fasting cannot say anything detailed about the incident, other than that they are closing the street where it happened. – This has happened on the way out of the street at a very calm speed, while they have then been backed out of the street. Avinor will now review what has happened together with SAS. According to Fasting, it is too early to say anything about the cause. The flight was supposed to take off from Oslo at 9.55 for Stockholm, but has now been cancelled. – We have started rebooking the passengers. We are talking about more than 150 passengers, says press manager Tonje Sund to VG. Third time in a short time In the last two weeks, a total of three different planes have collided at Gardermoen. Yesterday, a Norwegian plane crashed into the wing of another plane. On 2 February, another plane, also from Norwegian, collided with a fence at the airport. No people were injured. Press officer Esben Tuman in Norwegian said yesterday to news that something like this should not and should not happen: – It is twice too much. That’s not how it should be, says Tuman about the two incidents in February. Both the SAS plane that collided today and the Norwegian plane that crashed into a fence on 2 February were going to Stockholm.
