He has now been sentenced to unconditional imprisonment for 120 days, with a deduction of 49 days at sentencing. According to the verdict, he has flown with a drone 47 times in Norway in the period between 27 August and 11 October. The case against Rustanovitch, who is a Russian and Israeli citizen, started in the Oslo District Court on 24 November.
