The drones are said to have hit buildings where no one lives. One of the drones is said to have hit a high-rise with offices, reports the state news agency Tass. The confirmation from the mayor came somewhat after the first reports that fragments of drones had been found around 2 kilometers from the building of the Russian Defense Ministry. Several Russian news agencies pointed to emergency services as the source of the information.
