It includes the city of Kherson, reports the Reuters news agency. According to the opposition channel Vot Tak, the soldiers will be withdrawn in the near future. Kherson is located west of the Dnipro River, and is a strategically important city in the war in Ukraine. Kherson was occupied by Russia right after Russian forces invaded Ukraine in February.
