A lorry has overturned on county road 353 Voldsvegen in Skien. Fuel is also leaking from the vehicle. – The driver is uninjured, what is not so good is that he blows to over 2 in the blood alcohol level, says task leader Øyvind Larsen. The driver of the truck is out of the car. He does not appear injured, but is being attended to by paramedics, the police report. The road is completely closed in both directions, and the police recommend finding an alternative route.
