The driver of the lorry was flown to hospital, but died as a result of the accident. On Thursday afternoon, the police said that it was 29-year-old Christian Kverndal Aune (29) from Fosen who died. Extra challenges with salvage On Thursday morning, work began to get the tanker up from Lake Heimsjøen. Two tow trucks from Trøndelag Bilhjelp are on site. It depends on how well the recovery work goes, but I would say that the road will probably be closed for a long time, says Flasnes.
