The police reported that the emergency services were on their way to a rescue operation at Kulltangen in Porsgrunn just before 3.30pm on Thursday afternoon. A person must be lifeless in the water. Emergency services are on the scene. The person should be around 2-3 meters under water and work is being done to get the person ashore, the police report.
