Just before 2 p.m., the police received a report of a lifeless person in connection with a boat trip in Numedalslågen near Svarstad in Larvik municipality. They got the person ashore and immediately started first aid. A short time later, a doctor arrived on the scene. Life could not be saved, and the person has died. Divers from the Larvik fire service have been in Lågen and searched the natural areas for possible other people. – No other people have been found, so the police have established that there were no other people at the scene. The person concerned will undergo an autopsy, so that the cause of the incident will be brought to light, says the incident leader. There is no indication that anything criminal has happened.
