Recorded a pornographic film in a sauna – the police think it’s illegal – news Nordland

The floating sauna at Thon Hotel Svolvær was used for the filming of a porn film. – It may be that it will be in conflict with an agreement they have with the hotel. But it is difficult to see that the filming itself is illegal, Olav Torvund told news earlier this week. He is a professor at the Department of Private Law at UiO. The police in Lofoten do not agree. In this sauna, a porn film was recorded which was later published on the world’s largest website for porn films. He further says that they would have stopped the activity if they had been aware that it was taking place. – Those involved would then receive a reaction from our side in the form of fines – in terms of experience relatively high fines, says police station chief Geir Iversen at Svolvær police station to Lofotposten. Geir Iversen says they would have moved out if they were made aware that the recording was taking place. Hotel director Erik Taraldsen told news earlier this week that there is little they can do about the film being online. – The hotel and the location have not been identified, and what two adults do, with consent, is not something we can get involved in either. The sauna is universally designed. Photo: Thon Hotel Svolvær Depending on review The professor at UiO, Olav Torvund, argued that the hotel can make rules that they are not allowed to film in the sauna. But that it probably won’t break Norwegian law anyway. – They must have done something that the hotel doesn’t like very much. But it is hard to see that they have done anything illegal here. The police and Geir Iversen, for their part, believe that it is illegal. However, whether anything further is done in connection with the film is up to others than them. – If we are to take action in this matter, we are dependent on getting information that can identify those who have done this, or to get a report on the table. It is therefore up to the hotel whether this becomes a police matter, says Iversen to Lofotposten. The hotel director at the hotel says it is uncertain whether they will report the case.
