For a period overnight until Monday, Norwegian electricity customers in large parts of the country will receive the lowest electricity price for December ever. In south-east Norway, the price drops to 0.3 øre/kWh before grid rent and taxes, which is the lowest Norwegian customers have ever paid for electricity in December, writes Europower. The price remains below 1 øre/kWh in the spot market for four hours overnight until Monday. In South-West Norway, the price will also be as low as around 0.3 øre/kWh for a period. In Central Norway, the price will be 1.1 øre/kWh, which is the lowest December price since 2015 in this area. (NTB)
