No quarantine The quarantine committee decided on Thursday that Johansen will not be quarantined by Oslo municipality. This means that he can start his job at Norwegian People’s Aid in January, as planned. The committee believes there are few direct connections between the new job and the tasks Johansen had as city council leader.
