Just behind was Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, who showed encouraging form. Klæbo had a very good prologue, and seems to be in great form before the knock-out rounds. – It is an extreme version of Klæbo we have seen, said Jann Post about Klæbo, who was first from the start in Goms. There were also other Norwegians who impressed in the prologue, including Håvard Solås Taugbøl who came in fourth. Erik Valnes, Pål Golberg and Harald Østberg Amundsen also made it through to the knock-out rounds. Ansgar Evensen and Matz William Jenssen are not in the competition. – I had hoped that we would avoid that. I thought we were going to get through everyone.
