The 32-year-old did not quite hit with his first throws on Saturday afternoon, but in the last throw the sledgehammer landed at 75.37 metres. It was good enough for a ninth place in the qualification, and a place in the final on Sunday afternoon. – It is somewhat as expected. It has been unstable all season and I am not completely in control, says Henriksen to news. After the weather problem earlier on Saturday, things turned around in Budapest and the heat took over the athletics stadium. Henriksen was not quite prepared for that. – I noticed that I was a little too hot on the pitch and was quite angry with myself for not bringing an ice vest with me, says Henriksen and explains: – You get a bit relaxed and I noticed that my blood sugar dropped straight to the bottom. I got some chocolate and pretzels from the trainer.
