The cases will now be forwarded to the Norwegian Health Authority, which will assess whether the psychiatrist should receive an administrative reaction. This is shown in a letter from the Statsforvalteren, which news has seen. An administrative reaction may involve suspension or loss of authorisation. It is the notifications to Hilde Rød-Larsen, Victoria Nordberg and Miriam that have been processed. It was writer Hilde Rød-Larsen who first reported the psychiatrist in December last year. After this, several notifications have been received, and the State Administrator has opened a total of eight cases. In addition, the State Administrator is handling two supervisory cases against the psychiatrist’s workplace in Oslo. These have not yet been fully processed.
