The finish was characterized by wet asphalt with several dramatic overturns. Lippert beat overall leader Lotte Kopecky, who finished second. Italian Silvia Persico finished in 3rd place. Best Norwegian was Mie Bjørndal Ottestad in 33rd place. – It’s a shell, exclaimed TV 2’s commentator Magnus Drivenes when Lippert drove first over the finish line. The stage was 152 kilometers from Clermont-Ferrand to Mauriac. German Uno-X rider Hannah Ludwig caught up in a two-man break on Monday’s stage.
